The instruction
You hire the desk for a decision — not for a feed of listings.
Home is a first look. This page is the work itself: seven desks under one roof, each opened only when the brief asks for it. The advisor who takes the instruction is the advisor who walks the rooms and reads the paper.

Names differ from the public pages on purpose. Each desk is a kind of work — not a tile on the homepage.

We begin with how you live — schools, commute, noise, service charges — then walk the ground. Offers are written only after the rooms have been stood in. Title is read before it is signed.
